In July 2025, IDEAS² partner institution San Jacinto College participated in the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership (BAHEP) Space City Aerospace Industry Job Fair, which drew more than 200 attendees, including students, recent graduates, and experienced aerospace professionals.
Led by Clint Harris, Director of Aerospace Workforce Development, the San Jacinto College team shared information about the NASA MIRO grant and ongoing research and workforce development initiatives led by the IDEAS² Center.
This outreach effort provided valuable visibility for the program while fostering new industry connections and encouraging workforce participation in aerospace research and development.
